Burger King in Memmingen

Fast service

Delicious as always. However, the guy at the outlet didn't put everything in our bag. We were lucky that we ate there at the parking lot and that the receipt was with us. So at least then we could still get the rest. However, no apology on his part. Too bad. But I'm not going there anymore.

Despite the corona requirements, we made quick progress with the drive in and the food was packed and ready

We were just there and wanted to get some burgers / menus via coupons. Out of 8 coupons only 2 could have been made and those were coupons without a burger as there were no more bread rolls. I wonder what is going wrong? When on a Monday evening the “shop” is sold out of rolls, an ingredient that is essential for this type of system catering, and the deputy management is not flexible to pack a long chicken on a large roll that was still in the house. Last time something was missing from the order. I don't recommend it! A clear no to this company if something doesn't change there soon.

Didn't really taste good. Well, everything is different in Corona times. Long Chicken and Big King had a kind of southern sauce that didn't match. The fries sauce wasn't standard either. The chilli cheeseburger was ok. I'm not from the region - but I don't have to go there again.

Sometimes very unfriendly, French fries mostly cold, very, very long waiting time which is no longer solemn. The ice cream machine is basically not in operation, maybe got an ice cream out of six times. This branch is a complete disaster

This Grattl Club does not manage to place a complete order at the drive-in in 8/10 cases. Something is always missing, you have to stop at the counter and check everything carefully before you drive. One really wonders how incompetent staff can actually be when something like this is the rule ...

A little off the highway and therefore relatively quiet and not overcrowded.

Takes way too long, even if you only have one in front of you, 10 minutes pass before you get your turn. The last 2 times I didn't get what I ordered either ...

That this Burger King is allowed to carry the name at all is a shame for the company. Bad service, long waiting times until the order is ready even though the shop is empty, incomplete orders, staff who don't understand, etc ... I recommend the company to check out this shop.

The slowest service in my life, and I traveled half EU. And I travel nonstop since 30 years.

I was about to order, but card payments are only possible from 5 euros. Well what can you say, very Corona friendly here. Digitization has probably not yet arrived here. Then off to McDonalds Memmingen. Thanks for nothing!

This Burger King should urgently be checked by the Burger King headquarters! We were given 7 too few burgers. Unfortunately, we only noticed this at home. After a telephone complaint, we drove to the branch again to get our missing burgers. When we arrived, an employee called us liars. In addition, the waiting times, service and quality of orders are underground ...

During our last visit at noon on Sunday, September 6th, 2020 at the drive-in counter, we placed a bulk order for 5 people. Only when we got home did we notice that 7! Chili cheeseburgers were missing. It shouldn't happen that 1 burger is missing, but in my opinion it is justifiable. When I called the Burger King branch, I was told to come back and get the missing burgers. On site, my co-driver and I were labeled a liar by an employee and only after a heated discussion were we finally given the missing burgers. Again: - we definitely didn't get the 7 burgers! - drove to the branch again to have us portrayed as liars !? - I work in the restaurant business myself and customer service definitely looks different! The 5 of us actually go to Burger King in Memmingen on a regular basis, but this was definitely our last visit!

The staff is really good but the quality of the food varies, also the french fries are most of the times not fresh or without salt...

Unfriendly staff Corona sheet was popped, money simply popped, French fries lukewarm, too few staff long waiting time at the checkout has nothing to do with fast food.

Oh Burger King 🍔 we thank you for your consistent "quality", regardless of whether it is a crisis, whether early, late, Mon-Sun sunshine or rainy weather. Service and advice, as expected on a fast food level. Your drive in come, your food be done, as in MM, so on earth. And do not lead me into temptation, but release me from the calories. Yours is the Whopper, and the Double Whopper, and the Triple Whopper in eternity. The End.

Would love to give zero stars! Always lasts forever, French fries are always cold and something is always missing or something else is added! Such incompetent and bad-tempered bk workers!

Burger King. Eat as always. The staff seemed rather unmotivated to me. In any case, the employees still have to practice correct knowledge of German. The restaurant was clean at first glance, there were no bad smells on the toilet.

The climate was set to 16 degrees and therefore much too cold. Risk of cold shock! We also had to wait a long time for our food. Food was otherwise okay.

A nice and beautiful place having same usual burger king menu. The good point here is it has a big parking space and also wc is free which is rare on german auto bahns. The stay was quick and good on the way back to munich.

This is the worst burger king ever. Very bad service, very bad food. Hygiene was not correct. I reccomend every body not to go to this burger king

Service: 19th of April, about 19h It took almost 30 minutes on queue to have the chance to make my request (6 people before me to be served) . Even if people is "nice" (fat lady), I had to take a bag with food and [to] eat and drink on car, because it took TOOOOO Much. Bad, bad service! Next time I'll choose McDonalds if I am in a hurry
